Creamy, sweet, cinnamon + simple oat milk.

Keep It Simple | Oat Milk 1

Ingredients
1 cup GF Organic Oats
4 cups Filtered Water
1 tablespoon Honey
1 teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste
1/2 teaspoon Vietnamese Cinnamon
1 pinch Pink Himalayan Salt

Materials
Muslin Cloth or Nut Milk Bag
Blender

Method
1. Soak oats in hot water for 20 minutes, drain oats and add to blender.
2. Add 4 cups of filtered water to blender and blend on high for 2 minutes.
3. Cover a large bowl with muslin cloth and strain, you know, milk your oat bag.
4. Freeze leftover oat goodies, for a yummy face mask, smoothie or cookies.
5. Pour strained oat milk into blender and add honey, vanilla, cinnamon and salt and blend for 30 seconds.

Store oat milk in a glass jar in the refrigerator. Oat milk will keep for 3 days.
